Well, we are putting in offer #6. I think its a great deal, but more than that, I LOVE IT! It backs up to a golf course, has an awesome layout and I'm totally, completely in love! Downside: the whole area is still not all developed and because its a townhouse, no yard. But I love love love the interior. Its hard to believe we are going to offer as much on a townhouse as we would on a single family home, but we will know quickly if it will happen and there is another home we have as a back-up plan. But the more and more I think about it, the more and more I want this. It has an unfinished basement, a 900 sq. ft. main floor with living area, dining, awesome kitchen, small patio, half bath, and two car garage. The upstairs is 1300 sq ft (once the basement is finished, it is a 3,030 sq. ft. home) with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a laundry room, and a built-in hallway office (perfect for us). Anyway, i am sooooooo excited about this and hope it works!

The place looks really great, I would be in love too. You could raise your whole family in the space...that's great! I'd go for it!
